Joe Exotic hopes '90 Day Fiancé' connection will get him pardoned by Biden - Page Six

Joe Exotic has teamed up with “90 Day Fiancé” alum Jesse Meester in hopes that he can obtain a pardon after he was convicted in a murder-for-hire case.

The “Tiger King” star, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, took to Instagram Monday to introduce his followers to the actor, 29.

“Meet my amazing dear friend Jesse Meester, actor, model, and so much more,” he began in his post, which featured a shirtless Meester. “You will see him around on my stuff more and more as he is going to help me get a voice to the White House for President Biden to sign my pardon before November of this year. Show him some love. Love you, Jesse.”

The model immediately responded with support in the comments, saying, “We love you too Joe! People close to you turned their back on you, but not us.”

The reality TV star continued, “You helped many people through [COVID-19] lockdown and we should never forget the truth and authenticity you lived your life with. It’s sad that the backstabbing and lying has become the norm [in] this society. Time to unite and fight back to get you out.”

Meester first rose to fame when he appeared on “90 Day Fiancé” back in 2018 for his relationship with Darcey Silva. Despite the two calling it quits shortly after, he’s made several appearances on the show since.

This isn’t the first time that the former zookeeper has reached out to reality TV stars for help. In fact, in 2020, he called out to none other than Kim Kardashian, who has worked with several inmates to help them get clemency.

At the time, Maldonado-Passage wrote, “I know you have never met me and may never want to however I do believe that you hold the values of our justice system dear to your heart. Please help me by just taking 10 minutes out of your life and placing a call to President Trump to look at my 257 page pardon.”

He concluded, “It’s all the evidence I’m innocent and ask him to sign my pardon so I can return home to [my husband] Dillon [Passage] and my father.”

The breakout Netflix personality was originally sent to prison in 2020 for a murder-for-hire scheme against his fellow “Tiger King” star Carole Baskin. He is currently serving a 21-year sentence in North Carolina after being diagnosed with cancer.

Exotic has had a tumultuous time since going to prison, with a drawn-out divorce with Dillon Passage and a called-off prison engagement with former-inmate John Graham.
